Here is a rough explanation of what it says:
Bresaola (meat) and white pasta, is the diet of champions seeking a championship. But the chefs here cook for Ducati racing every raceday for over 250 people, team and guests, a buffet that is much richer (see the photo above). (The riders eat for breakfast toast, then white pasta and bresaola and for dinner meat and vegetables)
